• Ensure high-quality and impactful outcomes for our customers.
• Define functional, non-functional, and integration testing strategies for features/solutions through requirements analysis and flow down.
• Drive complex software systems verification efforts across multiple teams.
• Promote a critical testing mindset across the organization.
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Own and deliver quality engineering tasks while mentoring and assisting team members.
• Provide expertise in quality engineering, test planning, and testing methodologies for software projects.
• Review, update, and execute maintainable manual and automated tests on both component and system levels.
• Collaborate with team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions.
• Continuously measure deliverables of self and team against scheduled commitments.
• Make technology choices and analyze their impacts.
• Establish and promote best practices.
• Drive simplification and improvements as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in manual and/or automated software testing.
• Leadership skills for delegating tasks or directing the work of others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in English and in Hungarian.
• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements, and estimating efforts.

Bonus points if you have:

• ISTQB CTFL or higher certification
• Awareness of industry standards and trends.
• Experience in international, remote, multinational, and agile working environments.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Proficiency with JAVA, Selenium, JBehave, and Playwright.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), micro-services, REST, cloud technologies, CI/CD, and Test Automation.
• Experience in the medical or any other regulated software industry.
