We use an elaborate and professional method to measure candidates’ suitability for the circumstances of the job and its associated workplace culture.
By means of complex and professional methods, we assess the suitability of applicants for the given positions and their compatibility with the selected workplace’s organizational culture. Assessment Center (AC) is one of the most efficient and elaborate group selection tools on the market. Its purpose is to describe applicants more accurately than other selection tools, using diverse tasks which are adjusted to the needs of the client.
In most cases, communication, leadership skills, performance orientation, cooperation, stress tolerance, prioritization, and decision making skills are examined. These may be complemented with other competences required by the company and the scope of work.
Assessment Center tasks are solved by applicants individually, in pairs, or in groups.
What AC services are available?
1. Complex
Our complex service includes recruitment and pre-screening processes relating to the given scope of work, with AC supporting the selection of applicants.
2. AC
We plan an AC on the scope of work specified by the client, we participate in its implementation, and we create reports on applicants.
3. Internal AC
With our AC service, we help our partners in selecting their own employees displaying high levels of potential, who may then participate in leadership supply and talent management programmes.
4. External observer - industrial and organizational psychologist
Our clients also have the option to involve a professional psychologist in the AC.
