On behalf of our partner in Győr-Moson-Sopron county, we are seeking a Quality Management and Sustainability Project Team Leader.

Tasks

  • Lead a team of three Quality Management (QM) coordinators directly
  • Implement the strategy formulated collaboratively with the direct-line manager
  • Provide assistance to local QM personnel in their tasks
  • Develop a robust QM system, conduct staff training, and enhance processes continuously
  • Prepare and deliver a sustainability report alongside the annual financial statement

Expectations

  • University degree or comparable (preferably related to food engineering)
  • 5 years practical experience with quality management, preferably with IFS food standard 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership: capable to lead a team of 23 persons distributed over 23 countries
  • International travel: ready to travel min. 3 days per month abroad
  • Affinity to quality management and sustainability topics
  • Very structured, and ideally bringing experience with project management
  • Affinity to IT
