Feladatok

  • Conducting research and sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter,
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for various IT and developer roles
  • Using your creativity to find new ways of reaching out to candidates,
  • Supporting recruiters and HRBPs with various tasks and initiatives,
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations,
  • Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires

Elvárások

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Taking minimum 24 hours a week for at least 6 months
  • A passion for sourcing and recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fuency in English
