This role is responsible for comprehensive financial planning, reporting and analysis to downstream site operations and finance leaders.
Tasks
Support finance activities and rhythms, including planning, pacing, monthly operating reviews (MOR), closing, and audits of mainly US based factoriey spends related to manufacturing machine and building maintenance.
Ensure that the Balance Sheet and Cost booked each month is in line with the true operational consumption, develop and maintain the process to liquidate Maintenance cost from the Balance sheet to expense. Assure accurate cost allocation per area.
Leverage ERP for LEAN closing.
Communicate with operational owners for correct understanding of actuals and budget spends.
Understand and effectively communicate financial variance drivers including volume, mix, FX, etc
Leverage indirect Data & Analytics COE and predictive analytic tools to enhance finance activities and provide value-add insights to operations
Expectations
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or a related field from a university or college preferred.
Written and verbal fluency in English and Hungarian
Prior FP&A and Supply Chain Finance experience
Awareness of accounting policies and practices, including standard costing.
System ERP Expertise: Oracle/SAP
Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
