Tasks

  • Managing employee files (scanning, filing)
  • Keeping in touch with the employees personally, on chat or via email
  • Supporting the compliancy and the vendors by collecting declarations from employees
  • Taking part in the Onboarding process actively
  • Supporting the relocation and the payroll processes to some extent

Expectations

  • Active student status in a Hungarian university
  • Able to work 25-30 hours/week
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proactivity and reliability
  • Business studies background is an advantage
